From marketing strategy
to real estate leadership
Amartsengel spent a decade leading marketing for one of Mongolia's largest holding groups — work that included launching the Century 21 franchise in Mongolia and its first office in 2016. In 2023 she moved from marketing the industry to practicing in it, building broker teams from the ground up and taking on international designations along the way.
Her MBA thesis — Introducing staging services to Mongolia's real estate market, written and defended through Mongolia's first Real Estate MBA program — earned her recognition as top graduating student and the program's Best Research Paper award.

Among the approximately ten Toastmasters clubs in Mongolia, UB Toastmasters is the most established, with many years of history, and maintains a partnership with the American Corner in Mongolia. I joined as a member two years ago and continue to develop my public speaking skills in English. UB Toastmasters holds Distinguished Club status 2025.
